Duties & Responsibilities Communicate a thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options with a consultative tone. Handle a high-volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency. Professionally handle incoming client requests, collaborating with Senior Client Success Representatives and Supervisors as needed to resolve client issues immediately. Utilize the CRM system to assign, complete, and notate tasks with accurate and complete information. Have an empathetic and client-first mindset in all interactions. Qualifications Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Has the ability to listen, understand a problem, and provide a solution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Educational Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Compensation & Incentives Hourly pay - $16.00 - $17.00 + Commission Benefits Medical (PPO), dental, and vision coverage is available Group term life, AD&D, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance is available Virtual doctor and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits are available Voluntary life and short-term disability (STD) insurance is available 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Work Environment This is an in-office, high-energy call floor in Richardson, TX - not remote.
