Overview Epstein is seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer for the design and plan production of greenfield or brownfield site improvement projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use located throughout the country. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive and will have experience specific to private development. This position requires candidates to design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 0-4 years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design modeling Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design Strong analytical skills; knowledge of analysis methods Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of design standards, plan production procedures, and specifications is preferred Epstein offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and accident insurance, flexible benefit plans, transportation benefits, employee assistance plan and parental leave.We help secure our employees’ future retirement through our 401k and Employee Stock Ownership Plan. I ndividual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location.Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance.The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 annually.
