Key Responsibilities For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and month-end close activities. Will manage a team of 4 in accounting as well as IT and HR Manager.
- Oversee, provide guidance to accounting manager and be involved with the preparation of financials for the 3 separate entities
- Oversee HR, benefits administration, outsourced IT functions, insurance programs, and key legal relationships
- Drive process improvement initiatives and restore financial discipline across the organization
- Manage contract negotiations, banking relationships, vendor partnerships, and strategic business agreements
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key advisor to ownership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and overall business strategy
Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing, industrial related environments
- Prior CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience with hands‑on operational responsibility
- Proven background overseeing finance, HR, IT departments is a must have
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must have experience negotiating contracts/banking relationships, and cross‑functional business operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
