We are offering a realistic earning opportunity of between £37,167 and £48,245 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 42‑hour working week and includes the average performance bonuses our teams earn. The opportunity is uncapped. Salary tiers: Franchise Technician – £37,167 Diagnostic Technician – £40,412 Master Technician – £45,861 Dual Brand Master Technician – £48,245 Responsibilities As a Vehicle Technician you will: Provide high‑quality service and repairs to our customers. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately. Work efficiently within a 42‑hour work week, following safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members during peak periods. Own safety issues identified in the workshop and ensure they are addressed promptly. Qualifications Qualified Technician with relevant formal qualifications (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent). Excellent communicator – clear, concise technical communication. Customer‑focused – prioritise customer experience and safety. Team player – collaborate with other technicians and support each other.
