Charge Capture Analyst

Seeking an experienced Epic or Cerner Charge Capture Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for assessing charge capture workflows, directing system builds, and educating hospital staff on compliance and operational changes. Key responsibilities Assess, document, and maintain charge capture workflows across applicable departments Direct order set and preference card builds within the Epic or Cerner environment Develop and deliver training to hospital staff on charge capture processes and system functionality Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience with Epic or Cerner, focusing on charge capture and revenue cycle Experience with order sets and preference cards in revenue-generating departments Knowledge of Charge Description Master (CDM) structure and maintenance Understanding of hospital billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and revenue integrity principles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
