Store Leader (Manager) Trainee

Store Manager The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store, working with a leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop staff, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Responsibilities Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees. Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity. Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs. Use P&L and store reports to affect change. Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program. Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures. Perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred; not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance during employment. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel). Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and handle daily operational duties.
