Overview
Join our dynamic team in Hayden, ID, as a CNC Operator/Machinist! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards and company protocols. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
