Certifications: BLS required, AART RT(R)CT required

Must-Have: Associate's Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program required

Description: Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors. Analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors. Position the body correctly for imaging. Review physicians' orders and obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs. Reduce unnecessary radiation exposure to patients and self. Assist physicians during procedures, including room preparation and supply management. Address contrast reactions and code emergencies. Schedule and complete exams accurately and enter correct charge codes.
