Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management. 

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary to appropriate departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use multiple software platforms.
