Your Job The Senior Footwear Product Line Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end seasonal direction and execution of owned Brooks footwear products across portals, platforms, and pillars. This role provides vision, thought leadership, and subject‑matter expertise on consumer, market, and business aspects throughout the product creation process and works closely with leadership to execute against the 5‑year strategy. Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution, charting the 5‑year roadmap and translating it into executable seasonal plans. Remain the expert on product line evolution, ensuring seasonal assortments are competitive and consumer‑relevant. Identify and champion future innovation and advanced concepts to drive consumer and cross‑category growth. Serve as the seasonal consumer and marketplace expert, conducting research, insights synthesis, and consumer immersion (interviews, shop‑alongs, rapid prototyping). Prepare and own product briefs, combining consumer insights, biomechanics, and innovation capabilities. Drive cross‑functional execution, ensuring products reach readiness milestones and maintaining technical accuracy across materials and design. Collaborate with design, development, merchandising, sales, and external stakeholders to present product stories and facilitate market readiness. Mentor and manage up to one direct report, fostering collaboration and aligning across functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. 7+ years of product‑management‑related experience. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to innovate and create new ideas. Deep functional and biomechanical understanding of the product process. Business orientation, analytical aptitude, and computer proficiency. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Leadership capability, mentoring experience, and ability to motivate teams. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally. Excellent listening and concise communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture. Ability to anticipate cross‑departmental impacts and connect the dots. Passion for Brooks’ sports activities a plus. Alignment with Brooks values. Compensation and Benefits Compensation : The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $124,234 – $186,404 per year. Base pay varies depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, HSA and employer contribution, FSA, family & fertility assistance, 401K Savings Plan and match, employee assistance program, and transportation assistance. Paid Time Off includes five weeks of paid time off, eleven paid holidays, and paid sick and parental leave. Bonus may be offered annually based on company performance.
