Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Construction Laborer to assist our crew in high-quality exterior remodeling. From installing gutters and siding to fitting windows and doors, you will play a key role in transforming homes in our local community. Whether you’re an experienced hand or looking to break into the industry, we provide the tools and the team to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do Daily

• Install Exteriors: Assist in the installation of gutters, windows, doors, siding, and soffit.
• Tool Operation: Safely use power tools, hand tools, and equipment to complete projects to spec.
• Site Prep: Set up and climb ladders/scaffolding and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Precision Work: Read tape measures accurately and assist with material layouts.
• Team Support: Work closely with the crew lead to ensure projects are completed on time and to K&K standards.
