Total compensation averages between $20.00-$25.00 per hour (includes base + tips)
Daytime availability, approximately 9:30am -5pm

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Timely and efficiently open the store, either alone or with a team
- Confidently and timely prepare food items; maintain an elevated awareness of stock levels
- Accurately communicate and serve customers with joy, demonstrate thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards
- Maintain responsible cash handling and perform closing cash out procedures accurately
- Exemplify Sundae's customer service standards; execute with pride and leadership
- Participate in and contribute to all staff meetings and team cleaning tasks
- Lead a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards
