Digital Marketing Manager

Percy is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join a lean, high‑visibility corporate marketing team supporting a national apartment portfolio from Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (hybrid). This is a corporate seat, not a site role. You’ll own key digital programs end to end across a portfolio that includes owned and third‑party managed communities, with ongoing lease‑ups, renovations, and takeovers. The right candidate brings deep technical digital marketing skills, strong executive presence, and the confidence to operate without a rigid playbook while partnering closely with regional leaders and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Own and optimize portfolio-wide digital marketing programs including website performance, analytics, tagging, and reporting Manage and improve measurement frameworks using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager to drive actionable insights Partner with regional and senior stakeholders to support community performance, including lease‑ups, renovations, and transitions Translate data into clear recommendations and present results to leadership with polish and confidence Balance day‑to‑day support needs with longer‑term program strategy and continuous improvement Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong technical depth in analytics, tagging, and performance measurement Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and website/CMS workflows (implementation, optimization, or governance) Strong communication skills and executive presence with comfort presenting to senior leaders and ownership groups Proven ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment and take ownership from problem definition through execution Real estate, multifamily, or adjacent industry experience is a plus but not required Total compensation range of approximately $98k to $127k (base plus bonus potential), with top‑end base up to $110k and 15% annual bonus potential Hybrid schedule with an office home base in Atlanta or Dallas (Houston considered for the right candidate) High‑ownership role on a small, visible team with direct access to senior marketing leadership Exposure to a national portfolio with varied work across lease‑ups, renovations, and takeovers Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Percy
