Job Summary Assistant Retail Photo Operations Manager – Magic Memories on the iconic attraction, Jelly Belly! The role is based in Fairfield, CA. Job Details Position: Assistant Retail Photo Operations Manager Starting rate: $18.90 per hour Paid training available. Opportunity for growth and advancement. Schedule & Shift Hiring immediately. Shifts available any day(s) of the week and weekends during operating hours. Flexible schedule. Responsibilities Greet guests and create Magic Memories by providing world‑class service. Assist in leading a retail team to achieve sales goals. Assist with running all operational aspects of a high‑volume souvenir photography retail operation. Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager. Provide floor supervision and administrative duties, ensuring the team focuses on guest service and sales goals. Develop, train, and motivate staff to achieve desired guest service and financial results. Ensure excellent customer service by responding to guest requests, expectations, and needs. Engage with guests from around the world. Take photos and provide guests with a memorable experience and souvenirs. Learn how to capture, and create memories that make people smile. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 1‑year people‑management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of previous guest service experience preferred but not required (hospitality, food & beverage, or retail). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support teams, develop culture, coach, and manage performance. Ability and drive to assist in a hands‑on role, with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross‑functional team members. Professional communication skills and appearance. Ability to support operations seven days a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Background check required. Experience in digital photography a plus.
