Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of experience and AWHONN/NRP certification.

Details

• Work in the Delivery Room department of a hospital setting
• 13-week standard contract assignment
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, and NRP
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Prevention First certification required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care in a Labor & Delivery setting supporting maternal and newborn patients
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Previous employment as permanent staff or traveler at this health system requires additional approval prior to consideration
