Job Duties
- Answer the phones and respond to emails - first point of contact.
- Enter inventory into systems/reconciliation in volume.
- Enter parts information into the system.
- Back order processing of work orders and accessories.
- Perform data entry steps to process all production transactions.
- Research issues related to production entry transactions.
- Accurately file all production work orders, logs, and related documents.
- Process shipment confirmations upon fulfillment of orders leaving the facility.
- Additional support duties as requested by manager.
Requirements
- 2 years of prior data entry experience
