Pay: $17.50-$20/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be flexible based on production demand)
Environment: Climate-Controlled

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials into press machines and ensure proper setup
• Monitor machine operation and production output
• Check levels and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct routine inspections for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Must be dependable , coachable , and a quick thinker
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling repetitive tasks
• Previous press operation or machine operation experience is a plus
