Houseperson / Houseman - Sedona Summit - Driver's License Required

As a Houseperson/Runner at MasterCorp, Inc., you will support Supervisors and Housekeepers in ensuring top-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating linens and guest services throughout our resort. Responsibilities Maintain a high standard of excellence to meet company quality standards. Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets. Assist in stripping units of soiled linens, removing soiled linens and trash, and making linen and supply bags. Deliver linen and supply bags to units and walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure all are free of linen, trash, or equipment. Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure and lost & found items to the Executive Housekeeper. Operate the company vehicle, ensuring vehicle maintenance as necessary. Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office. Perform all duties related to site operation as directed. Maintain a sense of urgency so that units are turned on time and be personal timely with all assignments. Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively. Assist in linen inventories and supplies, solve guest complaints promptly, and create strong, positive customer relations. Assist resort guests and owners, make guest deliveries as directed, and be knowledgeable of the resort. Experience & Education Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation). Ability to make decisions. Planning and scheduling capabilities. Ability to read, write, and do basic math. Personal timeliness; be prompt with all assignments. A passion for cleanliness. Strong work ethic. Ability to learn and adapt to changing behavior. Work irregular hours. Physical Requirements This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Pay & Benefits Pay: $16.00 per hour. Work schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays (mandatory). Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a clean background screening.
