At Brightree by ResMed, you'll be part of an innovative healthcare technology company that offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth while making a meaningful impact every day.* **Start Date:** October 19, 2026* **Compensation:** $17.00 per hour - *additional pay differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency.** **Location:** Fully Remote (U.S.) - *preference for candidates in **CST** and **MST** time zone due to shift availability.** **Work Schedule:** Full‐time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) with an 8‐hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, including two paid 15‐minute breaks and one unpaid 30‐minute lunch. *This role requires daily phone‐based work on a fixed schedule with minimal flexibility.** **Remote Work Requirements:** This position is remote and requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with **minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload**. *Satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported.* Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process.* **Training Requirements:** Initial training and onboarding schedule is conducted **Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST**.
