Punch Out at 1:30 PM, Own the Rest of Your Day! Fabrication Technicians, $26/hr in Front Royal, VA!

Monday–Friday • 5:00 AM–1:30 PM • Full-Time • Direct Hire

Our First Shift Fabrication Technicians get their afternoons back, and they earn real pay right here at Ferguson Enterprise in Front Royal, Virginia!

The Pay

• $26.00/hour , guaranteed, not "up to"
• Occasional overtime when you want a bigger check

The Work
You'll cut, thread, bevel, groove, and weld carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC pipe. It's hands-on, technical work you can be proud of.

• Set up machines and hit tight tolerances
• Read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
• Run overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment safely
• Inspect equipment daily and use RF devices to move and stage material
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area

Our first shift team is close-knit, works hard, and has fun. There's lots of camaraderie, and nobody gets left to figure it out alone.

✔️ What You Bring

• Machine operation experience (pipe cutting or threading is a big plus)
• Forklift or MHE experience; welding or pipe end finishing is a bonus
• High School Diploma or GED; trade school and military experience highly respected
• You're dependable and ready to roll at 5:00 AM
