I’ve always been passionate about helping people and building strong relationships, which is what led me into the insurance industry. My husband, Angel, and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two children. I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University where I majored in Risk Management and Insurance — Go ’Noles!

Giving back to the community is a huge part of who I am. I stay actively involved with organizations including the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Aspire Plant City, the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce, and several local school programs and booster organizations. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Courtney Paat - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
