MES Automation Architect
Mandatory skill: 1. MES (Werum, Rockwell Pharma Suit, Camstar. LIMS - Any two), OSI PI 2. SCADA (Rockwell, Client, Wonderware)
Job Description:
16+ years of experience in architecting solutions in production shop floor i.e. Automation, MES, OEE
Hands on experience in implementing MES & SCADA Automation projects
Should be comfortable to engage customer on product technologies, roadmap and industry trends
Has experience on leading and consulting/advisory engagement
Knowledgeable in Rockwell Pharma suite, Werum, Wonderware, Camstar MES OEM products
Provide input to technology investments to assist in the development of the Architecture and maximize the return on technology investment within the agreed Architecture
Define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
Experience in leading & handling KPI improvement projects in production shop floor
Experience in leading transformation program in manufacturing landscape particularly for pharma
Should be able to identify opportunities in Digital transformation and I 4.0
Should be able to build and lead transformation opportunities
Hands on experience in cloud factory technologies i.e. Azure, AWS
Knowledgeable in latest integration technologies i.e. ThingWorx, MQTT, Apache Kafka, Things devices etc
