Subcontracts Administrator

Subcontract Administrator – Advanced Manufacturing As a Subcontract Administrator for Advanced Manufacturing, you will be responsible for contracting standard to complex professional and/or construction services. The Subcontract Administrator may act as lead on small projects (total installed cost $50M or less) and will use best practices and knowledge of requirements to solve basic problems and handle day-to-day Subcontracting tasks with minimal guidance. Responsibilities Preparation of Request for Proposal packages Issuance and administration of bid packages throughout the bid cycle Coordinate and host prebid meetings with bidders and project team members Receipt and review of proposals Tabulation of proposals Coordinate clarification meetings with bidders and project team Prepare commercial bid evaluations Negotiate terms and conditions with bidders and coordinate final negotiations with legal department Route requisition for award documents to project team for approvals Draft award Subcontract documents and issue to successful bidder Manage change orders Mitigate subcontractor risk and assist with any claims or disputes Subcontract close‑out activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, or operations management, or equivalent project experience 4+ years of experience in subcontracting and contract management 2-5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects preferred Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills A drive to solve complex and challenging problems Additional Preferred Experience Experience working on medium to large EPCM projects Benefits Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $75,300.00 to $103,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
