Job Title Physician – Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury Medicine (Open Rank/Track Faculty) Position Summary The Physician will provide licensed medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, case management, and clinical research for patients with spinal cord injury. Responsibilities include managing complex clinical situations, adhering to Medical Center protocols, and contributing to the department’s clinical and research activities. Responsibilities Perform inpatient clinical care for spinal cord injury patients, managing neurogenic bowel and bladder, spasticity, chemodenervation, baclofen pumps, and DME/wheelchair prescription. Deliver outpatient services at the Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care Center. Provide case management, clinical research, and comply with Medical Center policies and key results areas. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications MD or DO. Completion of an accredited PM&R residency program. Completion of an accredited spinal cord injury fellowship. Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R and Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.
