Job Details Our Operating Room (OR) RNs: * Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc. * Provide safe, prompt, skillful perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing invasive or operative procedures. * Utilize the perioperative nursing process to plan and provide total, direct patient care before, during, and immediately after surgery according to established standards and practices * Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. * Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support. What you'll bring: * Passion for Perioperative Services * 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience * 1+ years of Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience required * Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required or currently enrolled in a BSN program * Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration * Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required * Preferred Certifications: CNOR Salary Range USD $66.74 - USD $66.74 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
