Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

12-hour Day Shift, rotating weekends (EOW). First to float to PCU for a MSU assignment unless telemetry trained. Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts may be required every 6 weeks.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with best practices.
• Monitor vital signs and patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS.
• Experience in acute care and telemetry preferred.
