Travel Physical Therapist - $2,700 per week

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, 8-hour shifts
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Rotating weekends and holiday coverage required if needed
• Home health setting -- physical therapy services
• 2+ years acute nursing care and home care experience required
• OASIS proficiency required and non-negotiable
• Must work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver license and personal vehicle required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
