Tax Senior Associate - Corporate Tax - NorCal

Responsibilities Provide tax compliance and advisory services to c‑corporations, s‑corporations and partnerships, including ASC740 expertise. Assist in tax research projects, draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries. Collaborate with leaders on special tax projects across state & local, high‑net‑worth, international, research & development, and credits & incentives areas. Develop client recommendations and work with leadership to discuss strategy. Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on complex matters. Participate in coaching, mentoring and firm‑wide learning programs. Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Support development of team members through the BakerTilly CareandTeach philosophy. Qualifications 4‑year degree and CPA, law license or enrolled agent preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services in public accounting. Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relationships, collaboration, problem solving, leadership, project management, organization and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred. Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges (based on location):

• SantaClara,CA:$88,000–$123,740
• SantaRosa,CA:$85,500–$108,420
