CAREGIVER - Part Time or Full Time

Caregiver Position at The Springs at Clackamas Woods

Were looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers who want to make a difference in the everyday lives of older adults. Whether youre experienced in caregiving or looking to grow your skills in senior living, well provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What Youll Do:

• Support residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Follow each residents service plan and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the appropriate team member.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work closely with caregivers, Med Techs, and other team members to provide thoughtful, consistent care.

What Youll Bring:

• At least 18 years of age.
• A caring, dependable approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Previous caregiving experience is valued, but we provide training and support for those new to the field.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available. We offer set schedules with no rotation and consistent days off.

• Day: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Swing: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• NOC: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM ($1/hour NOC differential)
