Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Weekends - Elizabeth, NJ

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on weekends. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, maintain a clean and safe environment, and promote a positive patient experience. Your weekend shifts will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and families while enjoying a more relaxed schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care, including vital sign-taking, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Work collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

• Contribute to a positive and respectful patient care environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
