Shift: 1st Shift (6a - 2p, Monday through Friday) - 8a start for first day

Hours: Full time, 40 hours

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Oshkosh

Summary:

Our client is a large, multinational wax corporation looking for a Production Associate to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. They are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join a small but established team. Experience in general labor or production roles required. Experience with physical, hands-on work is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment and package wax products.

- This is a physical position. A combination of regular bending, twisting, and squatting is required. Repetitively lifting and pushing objects up to 60 pounds should be expected.

- Work within a group, establishing yourself through reliable attendance and work ethic.

- Assist with general production tasks as needed, including scraping, shoveling, and cleaning.

- Perform additional job duties and responsibilities as assigned, and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Working Conditions:

This position will involve standing for long periods, lifting and moving materials, as well as packing and palletizing wax products. While not working with food, this is a Food-Grade Production facility. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.

No jewelry is allowed to be worn in the facility.

This position is a temp-to-hire position. Upon successful completion of the temporary assignment, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
