About the role As a Sr Mgr Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships within Insight and its partners and clients. We will count on you to supervise employees and managers to ensure operational expectations are met for Insight’s internal and external customers. Along the way, you will get to: Leading and coaching the team. Holdsreviews for all area teammates. Hires and develops teammates. Assistwith the creation of plans and strategiestodepartmentobjectives. Drive the creation of metrics that measure and track results for accountability and attainmentofobjectives. Manage ongoing reporting of metrics in executive dashboards and management reporting systems. Provide regular reporting toexecutiveteam. What we’re looking for Bachelor'sdegree fromfour-year College or university Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience The successful candidate willdemonstratea history of strongtask orientedresults.
