Career advancement support. Responsibilities Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and services. Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, including rooftop split systems and chillers. Comply with all safety procedures, OSHA 10 standards, and maintain good housekeeping. Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships. Prepare detailed reports on work performed, materials used, and time spent. Stay current with the latest HVAC technology and techniques. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification. OSHA 10 certification. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems. Proficiency with various air conditioning systems. Clean driving record – must pass MVR check. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer‑service and communication skills. Physical fitness – ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Commitment to ongoing learning and industry updates.
