Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Language Interpreter to join our team in Atlanta. As an Interpreter you will be responsible for interpreting spoken or written communication between English and an Indian language. This role requires fluency in at least one Indian language as well as proficiency in English. Responsibilities Interpret spoken or written communication between English and an Indian language accurately and efficiently Listen carefully to speakers and accurately convey their message in the target language Facilitate effective communication between individuals who do not speak the same language Provide cultural understanding and context to ensure accurate interpretation Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times Collaborate with other interpreters and team members to ensure high-quality interpretation services Adhere to ethical standards and codes of conduct for interpreters Requirements Native or near-native fluency in at least one Indian language Excellent command of English both written and verbal Proven experience as an interpreter preferably in a professional setting Strong communication skills including active listening clarity and cultural sensitivity Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism Familiarity with interpretation equipment headsets booths is preferred but not required Salary $900 per month Location Atlanta accommodation provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
