Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Wyoming (or compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
