Job Title: Paraprofessional

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students and teachers in a classroom setting. This role involves assisting with instructional activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, and helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide individualized or small group support to students
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
• Assist with classroom management and transitions throughout the day
• Support students with special needs as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by school staff or administration

Qualifications:

• Required: Paraprofessional Certification or Associate’s Degree
• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a supportive attitude
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with staff
