LEI Corporation is looking for proven  Commercial Snow Area Managers with 5+ years of commercial snow management experience who know what it takes to lead crews, manage equipment, oversee multiple commercial sites, and make critical decisions when the weather turns.

As a Snow Area Manager, you'll lead commercial snow operations from start to finish—managing operators, subcontractors, equipment, and client expectations while delivering the level of service that has made LEI a trusted name for over 40 years.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years managing commercial snow operations

• Experience leading crews, equipment, and subcontractors

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and make real-time operational decisions
