What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish restroom and break room supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and break room areas, including loading/unloading dishwashers, washing dishes as needed, and keeping sinks, counters, and appliances clean.
• Assist with meeting and event room setup and cleanup as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Communicate maintenance needs to management in a timely manner.
• Complete project-based, specialty, and deep cleaning assignments as needed.

Who You Are

• High school diploma, GED or related experience and/ or training
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow established cleaning schedules.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and remain active for extended periods.
