Fulfillment Specialist

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assemble payroll packages by client number, including journals, summaries, time sheets, tax notices, checks, and reports, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Operate office equipment such as mail metering, shipping PCs, and insertion equipment to process payrolls and client packages efficiently. Coordinate and perform daily posting of mail and overnight labels according to schedules. Complete package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location. Comply with security and audit procedures to protect client information. Record and escalate issues to appropriate parties to prevent missing or incorrect output. Maintain distribution equipment readiness through cleaning, user maintenance, & coordinating vendor maintenance as needed. Stage packaging supplies to ensure production readiness. Perform additional duties such as inventory management, assembling quarterly packages, & backup computer operations as assigned. About You The company is looking for: High school diploma (required). Basic computer skills (preferred). No prior experience required; training will be provided.
