RN Emergency Department

Registered Nurse

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (required)
• BSN preferred
• Acute care experience preferred

RN Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and delegate to nursing staff as appropriate
• Provide patient and family education
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care
• Utilize critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
• Maintain patient safety and comply with hospital policies and quality standards

*Auto Offer* EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift - 36 or 48 hours per week (3 or 4x12s). MUST have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months.
