Block schedule available: 4 consecutive days of your candidate's choice M-F or Mon-Wed and Fri. Endoscopy RN ratios: 1:1. Years of experience required: 2. First timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: No. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS. Is on-call required? Yes, one M-Th shift (1700-0530)/week and one weekend (Friday 1700-Monday 0530)/6 weeks. Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, to PACU if needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed. Locals accepted: No. Pending license accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE/REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO. Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. Guaranteed hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special requirements: ***Cerner required***, Provation - preferred. Unit sees high volumes of both pediatric (0 months-18 years) and adults. Will have pediatric cases Monday - Thursday. Required 3 years ENDO experience minimum. Must have Ped, Cerner, and bronchoscopy within last 2 years. Unit information: Upper & Lower GI, bronchoscopy – required, EBUS, pain management. Tuesdays are typically lighter days. RNs will do 1:1 care. Pre/Post and intraprocedural.
