Position Overview

As a Life Insurance Sales Consultant , you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right protection for their situation.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with clients who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Understand client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Present coverage options clearly and professionally
• Help clients protect their families through life insurance and related products
• Build strong relationships through service, trust, and follow-through
• Follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching and support
• Stay current on products, carrier options, and industry requirements
• Work independently while collaborating with mentors and team leaders

Training and Support

Licensing

We are open to both licensed and non-licensed individuals who are willing to become licensed. Licensing support and training are available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with significant income potential. Earnings vary based on production, consistency, and performance. First-year agents typically earn $45,000–$85,000, and top performers may earn $100,000+. This is a 1099, commission-only position.
