Virtual Support Team Coordinator

Virtual Support Team Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery Maintain current staff and patient schedules and submit required reports in a timely manner Manage assigned workflow based on organizational needs while adhering to guidelines and policies Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferred Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desired Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
