Driving strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Director of Client Strategies will manage C-level engagements, oversee the renewal and RFP processes, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely from anywhere in the USA. Key responsibilities Direct client relationships with C-level contacts and pharmacy/supply chain departments Own the renewal/RFP process, developing proposals and negotiating deals to completion Conduct strategy sessions to uncover new profit drivers and ensure quarterly client business reviews Required qualifications Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in account management and solution selling Four-year degree required Proven success in selling IT solutions and negotiating contracts Experience in strategic account management and consultative selling techniques Strong leadership skills and ability to interpret industry trends
