1099-Subcontractor Carpet Installation Crew

Join Our Growing Network of Professional Flooring Installers

We are seeking experienced and reliable Subcontractor Carpet Installation Crews who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy the independence of running their own business.

As a subcontractor, you'll receive a steady flow of installation projects while maintaining control of your crew and daily operations. We handle scheduling, customer coordination, and weekly payments so you can focus on delivering quality installations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise your installation crew
  • Complete assigned carpet installation projects professionally and on schedule
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Follow all company installation standards and project requirements
Requirements
  • Proven carpet installation experience
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Valid Workers' Compensation Insurance (where applicable)
  • Valid General Liability Insurance or ability to obtain
  • Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
  • Own professional installation tools and equipment
  • Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
