Human Resource Recruiter - Hybrid

Job Summary (List Format) – Human Resource Recruiter (ADEQ – Phoenix, AZ) Serve as a Senior HR Analyst specializing in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment within the ADEQ Human Potential Office. Manage and implement full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers. Attend job fairs and networking events across Arizona to promote ADEQ positions and enhance employer branding. Utilize the State of Arizona’s Applicant Tracking System (PageUp) for recruitment activities. Work primarily remotely (hybrid role), with occasional in-office attendance for meetings. Research, collect, and analyze HR data and reports to support recruitment and HR initiatives. Maintain excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ensure the use of HireRight for background checks and Global ID facial biometrics in the hiring process. Collaborate with a team of dedicated HR professionals committed to ADEQ’s mission of protecting public health and the environment. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an intermediate HR analyst or equivalent.
