Available Night Shifts: Days 7:00am - 7:00pm Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am Pay, Benefits & Perks of Registered Nurse (RN): Competitive Pay Based on Experience Hiring full-time, part-time, or per diem Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurance Fun work environment with contests and employee appreciation events each week Essential Functionsof Registered Nurse (RN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualificationsof Registered Nurse (RN): Valid RN license for the state of Missouri Valid CPR certification EEO Statement: Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
