Requirements:

• 2 years Residential HVAC Installation experience
• Customer Service Oriented
• Knowledge of HVAC Equipment, Codes and Installations
• Team Player
• Organized
• Reliable
• Self-motivated
• Desire to learn new products and skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Must have very good writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have very good "people" and leadership skills.
• Must have an exceptional knowledge and understanding of all company policies and related procedures and systems.
• Must have the ability to install residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories, successfully and without supervision up to a capacity of 5 tons or 2,000 CFM.
• NATE Certification is a plus- we can provide training
