  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pediatrician
  • Permanent job opening
  • Reason for need: growth
  • Private practice setting
  • Due to patient population, candidates must speak fluent Mandarin or Cantonese
  • You’d split time between their offices in Brooklyn and Flushing, Queens
  • Schedule: 9 am - last appointment at 5:30 pm with at least 30 minutes of protected lunch time
  • See 20 patients per day
  • 5 day work week, flexible schedule.
  • 20-30 patients per day depending how busy you would like
  • Consults fed to new physician to build up volume if desired
  • No inpatient consults needed (can see newborns inpatient if desired by a new physician to build up their practice)
  • Opportunity for personal and professional growth
  • Call is only over the phone
  • Work with one physician, two nurses, full front desk support, and onsite phlebotomy
  • Group utilizes an answering service
  • EMR: MD Land

• Organization Information:
  • Practice has been open 7 years
  • Annual salary range of $200,000-$250,000
  • Quarterly productivity bonus
  • Possible 3-4 year partnership track
  • You’d earn over $1 million as a partner
  • $10,000 sign on bonus
  • 4 weeks PTO including 1 week of CME
  • $1,000 CME annually
