FInancial Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM About the Opportunity: Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and strategic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our projects by providing accurate reporting that informs critical decisions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, procurement, and compliance), ensuring financial integrity and transparency, and much more. What You'll Do: Ensure accuracy of vendor invoicing Preparation of invoicing to the customer for monthly operations contract and projects Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, Supporting the financial reporting for annual audits Collaborating with the finance team to support overall department goals and objectives Managing and maintaining an invoice tracker to ensure all invoices are accounted for and status Coordinating work package owners amongst cross-functional teams to support the invoicing process Why This Opportunity is Exciting: This role offers the chance to join a company that prioritizes both people and performance—where your contributions directly impact client success while giving you room to grow and develop professionally. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial reports or analysis Minimum of 2 years of experience with financial reports and data using Microsoft Excel What Sets You Apart: Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization Experience with SAP or financial software Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Organizational and time management skills Experience handling all aspects of an invoicing process involving vendors/customers Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
